A Star Trek fanfiction

NOTES:
Spock is a 'hero'
Uhura is a 'hero'
Chekov is a 'Neutral'
Bones is a 'Neutral' (as medic that makes him automatically a respected Neutral but he tends to hang out around Kirk as the other man seems to get hurt more often. As a result, the others in the game, think that he's betraying his 'Neutral' status and pretty much just treat him like a tolerated villain.)
Kirk is a 'villain'
Sulu is a 'villain'
(Thinking about making the whole scenario an online game that the whole crew of the enterprise is playing, BUT they aren't the crew of the enterprise, and they're either teenagers or young adults. I'm thinking about making them to go 'Fleet school and play the game as their fun time and also a way to practice the skills they've gained from 'Fleet school.
They're role playing that they're either 'mutants' or 'superheroes' in the 22nd century (that isn't much different from the 21st century) They haven't met with Vulcan yet so Spock is roleplaying as an alien (or as Kirk describes him; 'a kook with an alien fetish'. Naturally the federation inclusive program is not too hot about racism against Vulcans but Spock actually tells them that it's okay and that Kirk is only roleplaying to the 'best of his abilities'.
(and as a later attack by Romulans on the school proves, Kirk isn't a racist at all and is actually glad to see Spock fighting beside him and helping him out. Spock 'jokes' about Kirk fighting on the side of 'good' and Kirk has no response but to smile and shoot another Romulan aiming at Spock) (*to boot, Kirk is actually already going steady with Spock by the time the Romulans attack and if that isn't enough to prove a lack of xenophobia/racism no one knows what is*)
Powers and Ranks:
Spock 'hero' Eschak a mindkiller that has refined his technique to be non-lethal.
-> Leader of the heroes
Uhura 'hero' wind controlling language specialist can speak with Spock who uses almost all Vulcan in monosyllables or through the mind.
-> Second-in-command to Spock
Chekov 'neutral' can fly, is mostly an observer but helps out sometimes with his minimal healing powers
-> Default leader of the neutrals since Bones gave up/was forced out of his position
Bones 'neutral/villain' can teleport and is a powerful healer
-> Former leader of the neutrals
Sulu 'villain' master of blades and fire
-> Second-in-command to Kirk
Kirk 'villain' master of his fists and guns, can control light.
-> 'Captain' of the villains
